GTA 6 Heist Servers

A heist server centres gameplay on planned crew jobs — banks, vaults, armoured cars, high-value targets. Each heist requires planning RP before execution and rewards thorough preparation with smoother runs and better payouts.

4-6 active members is the sweet spot. Smaller crews force role overlap; larger crews split the take and crowd the execution. Defined roles — driver, hacker, hitter, smooth-talker — work better than generalists.

Some smaller scores allow solo execution — corner stores, small-time robberies. Major heists (banks, vaults) require crews. Servers tune the score size to crew requirements.

Heat is a tracked score reflecting recent criminal activity. High heat triggers faster police response, more cops at scenes, and detective attention. Most servers require players to manage heat between scores, not just chain them.

Some do. Permadeath heist servers raise the stakes — a botched run can end your character. Non-permadeath servers focus on injury recovery and prison time as the major consequences.

Most heist servers have crew recruitment channels in their Discord. Advertise your preferred role and experience level. New players usually start as associates on existing crews before being trusted with key roles.

Varies by server, but major bank or vault heists usually pay 6-7 figures split across the crew, with a multiplier for clean execution. The payout matters less than the cooldown — most servers cap how often a single crew can hit major scores.
