Filing a DMCA Notice

If you feel that any material on this website infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to dmca@gta6-servers.net with:

1. A signature (either physical or electronic) from the copyright owner or their authorised agent.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.
3. Identification of the exact URL or URLs where the infringing material is located on this website.
4. Your contact details (address, phone number and email).
5. A statement of your good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorised.
6. A statement under penalty of perjury that the information provided is true and that you are authorised to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed by mistake, you can send a counter-notice to the same email address. This should include what is outlined in the DMCA process above, an explanation of why the removal was mistaken, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the applicable court.

Response Time

We acknowledge your notice within 72 hours and will generally complete our review within five business days. If we find your notice valid, we will remove the content identified. We can disregard or reject invalid or abusive notices.
